About Me

Hi, I'm Makenna Myers, an Iowa native who grew up on a family farm in southeast Iowa raising cattle. Growing up I had two main passions: livestock and softball. While I spent years on the field playing softball, I also found my love for livestock, especially cattle, through countless hours of showing and working alongside my family to raise cattle. After playing softball and completing my animal science degree in college, I realized I have always had a deep passion for the agriculture industry which has led to my love for capturing God's creation with the serene farm scenes.

Since then, I have been doing photography on the side just for fun and figured why not make a business out of it and share my favorite photos with everyone! Alongside expanding my photography business, I am still raising

show cattle and working with the next generation of youth to achieve their showring dreams.

Most evenings you can find me in the barn working hair on show calves or with a camera in hand catching the beauty of an Iowa sunset.
